              MACHINE DOWNTIME SYSTEM เป็นระบบการบริหารงานในอนาคต โดยผู้บริหารสามารถตรวจสถานะการทำงานของเครื่องจักรได้ตลอดเวลา หากเครื่องจักรเสียในโรงงาน พนักงานใน Line การผลิตสามารถแจ้งซ่อมเครื่องจักรไปยังแผนกซ่อมบำรุงได้โดยทันที โดยการกดปุ่ม Request แล้วตามด้วยรหัสเครื่องจักรที่เสียผ่าน Keypad ที่วางอยู่ตาม Line การผลิต หลังจากพนักงานแจ้งเครื่องเสียเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะมีการ Alarm ไปที่แผนกซ่อมบำรุงโดยอัตโนมัติ เมื่อแผนกซ่อมบำรุงเห็น Alarm แจ้งเครื่องเสียเกิดขึ้น ช่างซ่อมบำรุงสามารถดูเครื่องจักรที่เสีย ผ่านระบบ computer หรือ “Machine Downtime Monitoring Sign Board” ก็จะรู้ว่า เครื่องจักรชื่ออะไรที่แจ้งซ่อมเข้ามา อยู่ที่ Line การผลิตไหนและใครเป็นคนแจ้งซ่อม หลังจากนั้นเมื่อช่างมาถึงเครื่องจักรที่เสีย ช่างก็จะแจ้งสถานะของเครื่องจักรว่า “กำลังซ่อมอยู่” โดยการกดปุ่ม Repair บน Keypad และเมื่อช่างซ่อมเครื่องที่เสียเสร็จแล้ว จะมีการแจ้งปิดการซ่อมโดยการกดปุ่ม Finish บน Keypad

- สามารถสื่อสารหรือส่งสัญญาณโดยใช้ในระบบ RS485 Network     - สามารถเชื่อมต่อได้ไกลถึง 1,200 เมตรหรือ 1.2 กิโลเมตรต่อ 1 ระบบ     - สามารถเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ Hardware ได้ถึง 256 Unit ไม่รวม Computer     - การเชื่อมต่อระหว่าง Hardware กับ RS485 Network เป็นลักษณะ 2 Wire Multi-drop ซึ่งง่ายต่อการติดตั้ง     - ค่าบำรุงรักษาและค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุนต่ำ     - สามารถ Monitoring ผ่านทาง internet ได้     - สามารถแสดง Status ของเครื่องจักรแต่ละเครื่อง ผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือได้ ว่าขณะนี้กำลังดำเนินการในขั้นตอนใด     - สามารถเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ ไว้ในฐานข้อมูลบนระบบคอมพิวเตอร์

- Software สามารถ Monitor สถานะของเครื่องจักรต่างๆ ที่มีปัญหาได้เป็น Real Time     - ข้อมูลต่างๆ เช่น User Code, User Name, Line Production Code, Line Production Name, Machine Code และ Machine Name จะถูกจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูล     - สามารถ Monitoring เครื่องจักรที่เสียผ่านหน้าต่าง Lay-Out ของโรงงานในได้     - Lay-Out ของโรงงานใน Software นี้ทางบริษัท อินเตอร์เฟสคอม จะขอ Lay-Out โรงงานของลูกค้าแต่ละรายเป็น File : Auto-cad มาเพิ่มเต็มเข้าไปใน Software ซึ่ง Lay-Out โรงงานจะแตกต่างกันไปตามลูกค้าที่สั่งซื้อ (ดูได้เฉพาะที่เครื่อง SERVER เท่านั้น)     - ข้อมูลต่างๆ ในทุกขั้นตอนการซ่อมเครื่องจักรที่เสีย จะถูกบันทึกลงComputer โดยอัตโนมัติ     - สามารถดูข้อมูลของการซ่อมเครื่องจักร และ Filter ย้อนหลังเฉพาะเครื่องจักรได้เป็นปี

          เป็นระบบมาตรฐานในการผลิตรูปแบบหนี่ง โดยจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่การสื่อสารกันภายในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมชั้นนำ ทั้งที่เป็นโรงงานผลิตจากญี่ปุ่น หรือยุโรปจะมีใช้ระบบนี้กันอยู่แพร่หลาย โดยตัว Hardware นั้น ค่อนข้างไม่มีรูปแบบที่ตายตัวเท่าไรนัก จึงระบุตำแหน่งไปที่ความต้องการของลูกค้าเป็นหลัก แล้วทำการออกแบบออกมาเป็นบอร์ด Andon และระบบ Andon ยังสามารถทำการต่อร่วมกับระบบ Computer ทำเป็น Network ได้อีกด้วย เพื่อความสะดวกสำหรับการเรียกดูผลผ่านทางหน้าจอ อีกทั้งยังสามารถเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่ลูกค้าต้องการ และสามารถ Extport ข้อมูลดูย้อนหลังได้ ทำเป็นรายงานได้ในภายหลัง สร้างความสะดวกในการใช้งานอย่างได้ผลดีเยี่ยม
